THE ROLE
MONDAY-FRIDAY + WEEKENDS AS NEEDED 38 HOURS PER WEEК +
- Oversee daily store operations and lead the retail team by example
- Ensure top-notch customer service and resolve customer issues quickly & professionally
- Receive and merchandise product shipments with accuracy and speed
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and restocking processes
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
- Open and close the store, including handling cash and deposits
- Delegate tasks, and support ongoing team training
- Work closely with upper management on sales goals, promotions, and store performance
